We are FSC® and PEFC certified. This means we source our timber from responsibly managed forests and can provide Chain of Custody certification
Design
We have a team of highly skilled designers and programmers who can work with a wide range of 2D and 3D CAD files.
We also design from scratch, so CAD files are not essential. We can provide you with realistic 3D renders of your item prior to manufacture.
CNC Routing & Machining
We have 8 heavy-duty industrial 3-axis CNC Routers each with differing capabilities and bed sizes. Our investment in high-quality tooling and machinery gives our customers the best results possible.
We have copy head routers, meaning when others can make one at a time, we can make up to six!
Woodworking Machinery
We offer much more than just CNC routing – we have 59 years of high quality and industrial equipment and tooling we have invested in. This includes resaws, four sided planers, spindle moulders, dowel boring and edge banding technology just to name a few!
Laser Cutting & Engraving
Our laser engraving and cutting facilities allow us to cut and engrave shapes which wouldn’t be possible on a CNC Router. Finish your own products with your branding or personalise items.
Spraying Facilities
Further to our sanding facilities, in our onsite spray shop we can apply oils, stains, lacquers and solid-coloured enamels.
Solid Timber & Sheet Materials
We work with a range of materials including solid timbers, sheet materials & plastics. We can source materials through our FSC Certified Suppliers or work with free issue materials.
